As a native New Yorker and lifelong entrepreneur, Christmas already understands the challenges our students face. Proper Elevation began as his vision for a PEACEful world, and that vision still guides our path today.

At Proper Elevation, Christmas oversees our daily operations, outreach, and events. He also manages our merchandise.

As a writer, an engineer, and a former educational media creator — picture a Kirkland brand Bill Nye — Phil’s always had a passion for watching the world learn. That passion is what brought him to PEACE.
