As a native New Yorker, and a product of the communities we strive to help, Ronique has a vision for equality in a world too often divided. The PEACE program is his first step on a long road.

At Proper Elevation, Ronique sets our long-term vision, values, and goals. He also oversees our fundraising, merchandise, special events, and social media presence.

As an early adopter of the FIRE movement, Ari’s already spent her life securing financial freedom for her family, achieving the ability to pursue her dreams.

At Proper Elevation, Ari is now passing on those skills to a new generation. Our PEACE curriculum puts active visualization and proactive planning front and center, empowering our students to create the life of their dreams — with their eyes wide open.

COFOUNDER

As a writer, an engineer, and a former educational media creator — picture a Kirkland brand Bill Nye — Phil’s always had a passion for watching the world learn. That passion is what brought him to PEACE.

At Proper Elevation, Phil is responsible for designing our company policies, and overseeing our operations. He also built this website, and wrote all the copy for it. 😉

OPERATIONS

With her decades of operations and administration experience in industries ranging from big oil to small philanthropy, Thalia has been the calmest head in the room for longer than some of us at Proper Elevation have been alive — if we’re counting the small businesses she organized with her brother.

At Progress Playbook, Thalia currently helps local entrepreneurs and community nonprofits live their dreams by organizing their days. At PEACE, she’s responsible for keeping the rest of us on track, preventing any overtly stupid mistakes, and mentoring us in established best practices for sustainable business growth.
